Artist Coordination · For artists, managers and labels

Someone released on your profile? Prove what’s yours, track the fix.

Fake AI tracks uploaded to your profile to collect your royalties. Your new single filed under someone else. Two artists merged into one. Artist Coordination is your private file that shows, with proof, which profiles and releases are really yours, and tracks every fix with the platform until someone checks it.

What this is for

The problem

Someone uploads tracks to your artist page on a streaming service, sometimes fake AI tracks made to collect your royalties. Your new release lands on someone else's page. Or two artists with similar names get merged into one.

Fixing it means proving which profile is really yours and chasing the platform, usually over scattered emails with no record of who said what.

What happens in this demo

Before: Paper Lanterns sits on the wrong Example Music page.

After: it's on Mara Vale's page, with the platform's reply and a second person's check on file.

Where the fix stands now

  • Example Stream: Checked
  • Example Music: Waiting for reply

9 short steps. Stop whenever you like.

How it works

Four parts of one file. Open any of them in the workspace below.

  1. Claim your profiles

List the streaming pages that are really yours, one service at a time.

1 of 2 profiles confirmed so far

  2. Keep the proof

Save the links and files behind each claim, so a second person can review them.

4 pieces of proof saved · 4 reviewed

  3. Approve the exact release

Say yes to one exact version of a release and the profiles it belongs on.

2 of 2 release versions approved

  4. Track each fix until it's checked

Open a case and log each platform request, the reply, and a check that the fix really happened.

2 of 3 platform fixes checked

Who's involved

Up to four people share one file. Each can do only what the artist allows.

  • Artist

    Mara Vale

Owns the file and decides who can help.

  • Representative

    Theo Park, Mara's manager

A manager or label person acting with the artist's permission.

  • Suede operator

    Priya Shah

A Suede team member who files the correction with the platform and records the reply.

  • Independent reviewer

    Daniel Okafor

A second person who reviews the proof and closes the case when Suede has a stake.

To see each person's view, use the role switcher at the top of the workspace: Artist, Representative, Operator, or Reviewer.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't contact streaming services automatically, doesn't prove who owns a song, and doesn't issue licenses. Everything here is fictional and stays in this browser tab.

Your next step

Paper Lanterns appears on the wrong artist profile

Wait for Example Music, then record and verify its response.

waiting for reply Case status
A second check is needed. One open case involves Suede or asked for an independent check, so someone outside the case confirms the fix before it can close.

Where your artist profiles stand

What the status words mean

Reviewed
A reviewer examined the proof or profile.
Confirmed
A profile was matched to the proof: it really is the artist's page.
Approved
The artist agreed to one exact release version and where it goes. Approving sends nothing.
Sent, waiting for reply
Someone recorded that a request went to the platform, outside this app.
Checked
The platform's change was compared with reviewed proof.

Saving or exporting records does not send music to a platform or establish ownership.
